About the Client:
An international luxurious French restaurant group.
Job Description:
Supervise the HR services for both Abu Dhabi and Dubai (2 HR) and collaborate with the HR team at headquarters located in France
Responsible for monitoring the implementation in accordance with the standards, regulations and procedures in force as a group
Accountable for the administration, advice, and guidance on all employee life cycle matters
Assist management and leadership team in resolving employee relation issues, conducting effective investigations; recommending action for sensitive and complex situations; and provide risk mitigation solutions.
Provide labor/employment law support and guidance to management
Collaborate and supervise PRO activities within the organization
Provide support and guidance to leaders and managers on recruitment and selection

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
Open to European nationals and French speakers
45 y/o and below
At least 5 years of experience in the same position
Must have luxury F&B group experience or luxury 5-star hotel experience
Must be structured and highly organized
