Working for a prestigious, local government entity you will work as a strategic talent acquisition partner and have exposure to other HR projects including ER and WFP.

Description
Partner with hiring managers and teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches Source for candidates using various platformsConduct interviews of strategic level candidates (locals and expats) across a range of backgroundsSchedule interviews and assist with the interview processSupport with the design of the overall recruitment strategyPromote the entities employer brandingManage the offer and negotiation processWork across various HR projects also including employee relations and workforce planning
Profile
UAE National with family book (any Emirate)Bachelors degree with a strong academic track recordFluent in English and ArabicExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsRecruitment / talent acquisition and employee relations experience is requiredPrivate sector exposure preferred
