Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Guide and coach employees٫ in monitoring their productivity. Oversee safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Perform verification of production output according to specifications.

• assisting with setting up, operating, and adjusting machines.
• maintaining and lubricating printing and bindery machines.
• clearing waste and cleaning work areas and machines.
• folding, collating, and fastening printed products by machine and hand.
• performing hand binding and finishing operations.
• Run and Operate Wideformat Printers with experience in Flex, Banner, and Sticker Printing
• Experience in folding, creasing, stitching, and all the finish line in printing
