Marketing And Public Relations Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to own the Pillvery marketing and PR plans and strategy, as well as liaise partner marketing agencies and with business partners, ensuring seamless communication between all relevant parties, effective marketing campaigns, and a consistent brand image and perception.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Full-year content calendar planning, and coordinating content planning with our partner agencies. Content includes:
- Social Media
- Youtube
- Interviews
- Articles and Blogs
- Brand Management: Ensuring our brand guidelines are always followed and material is up to brand standard
- Influencer Marketing and Management
- Maintaining the Pillvery Blog
- Building and nurturing partnerships with relevant parties such as hospitals, specialized doctors, pharmacies, and others.
- Building new media relations and maintaining existing ones, including:
- Arranging TV and radio interviews and preparing the content
- Event Planning: securing participation at select events in Jordan, and the MENA region
- Graphic Design: Assist with some day-to-day design projects, and occasionally leading the design team on the creative directions and campaigns
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or any other related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent level of proficiency with Adobe AI, Photoshop, Lightroom, MS Office especially in Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
