Job Description:
- Manage and supervise the waitstaff on the restaurant floor, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the hostess team to manage table availability, including managing reservations and walk-ins.
- Train the waitstaff on how to handle guest inquiries and requests, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Ensure that all waitstaff are properly trained on menu items and specials

Salary: up to 6.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.
Qualifications:
§ Open to Filipino nationals
§ Female, 38 years old and below
§ At least 3 years of experience as Floor Captain in the UAE
§ Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages
§ Must be available to join on March 15, 2023
