Position Title: Early Childhood Department Head

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and tuition fee up to 3 children

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A private co-educational K-12 day school in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:

Serve as directors of curriculum and instruction in the department of their specialized subject
Improve the quality of education in its various aspects such as curriculum development, instructional planning and implementation, assessment, professional development, and educational resources
Take part in the recruitment process as requested by the Principal by conducting interviews for candidates that focus on pedagogical content knowledge

Qualifications:

Open to Lebanese, American, British, Canadian, and South African nationals
Female, 45 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in ECE/Foundation Phase/Primary; Master’s in Education will be an advantage
At least 5 years’ teaching experience in ECE with rigorous experience in a leadership role in addition to the 5-year teaching experience
Must have an IELTS with minimum score of 6 or equivalent
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
