Responsibilities
-Coordination and supervision of the transaction with the client.
-Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
-Advice on the properties, discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers & sellers.
-Strong Negotiation/Communication Skills.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
- Networking, Referral closure, client relationship building.
- Minimum 1 year experience within the Real Estate market in Dubai.
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Required knowledge of the language: English (any other languages known will add advantage, preferably Russian speaker)
