We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in a variety of tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, as well as at least 7 years of experience in a finance role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, inventory management, reconciliation of bank accounts, preparing payments of invoices as well as assisting in

preparing Financial Statements, VAT reporting and Cash Management.

Manage day-to-day company accounts/bookkeeping

Upload and manage stock in inventory system

Prepare payments of invoices

Reconciliation of bank accounts and inventory

Assist with financial planning and forecasting

Qualifications

The candidate should have a degree in finance and relevant job experience from a company in the financial industry preferably with audit background. CPA is a must
