وصف الوظيفة:
We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
· To thoroughly analyze data and perform data cleansing activities, updating actual rates, reporting outliers and abnormal trends, discuss outcomes with the line manager.
· To prepare the daily stock coverage report and follow up critical stock levels across all SKUs and depots ensuring proper stock level exists.
· To prepare the daily rolling inventory tracking sheets and adjust plans where necessary.
· To guard the supply planning process through continuous, thorough flow up covering all aspects of inventory & capacity planning to ensure feasible service levels in place.
· To issue weekly/monthly orders as applicable.
· To prepare the necessary raw data & descriptive statistics for the monthly forecast cycle.
· To partner with the line manager in the monthly forecasting process through preparing and validating the necessary data and attending the relevant meetings as required.
· To partner with the line manager to monitor forecasts and make recommendations as appropriate.
· To lead & participate in process mapping & reengineering projects to improve supply chain planning performance as required.
· To assist sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and finance teams in any relevant queries.
· To prepare business related presentations for further actions.
· To communicate internally with all stakeholders and externally to facilitate and ensure proper plans execution.
Requirements
· 4-6 years of related experience in supply chain/demand and Supply planning. FMCG experience is a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. APICS certification is a plus (CPIM, CSCP)
· Excellent Analytical skills.
· Solid Experience in Excel.
· Experience in statistical forecasting using Excel is a plus.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
