Suhaib Bin Aamer Global is looking to hire Account Manager with the following Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Min 2-3 years as account manager (preferred in insurance sector).
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Ability to work independently and time management skills, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
Main duties
- Maintain Target for clients.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Assist clients in technical and business matter.
- Analise client’s activity against Program.
- Report obstacles and resolve them.
- Report methodologies and practices for enhancement.
- Lead and manage onboarding and training for client’s.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client’s account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
- As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search. opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
