As a Sales Manager, you will be focused on growing and managing sales pipeline, ensuring you are achieving the targets set.

Responsibilities

Responsible for brand promotion in the United Arab Emirates market, and establish the brand image and build market share gradually;

Identify local events and marketing opportunities to connect with our core potential customers, participate in networking events, trade shows and exhibition when required;

Develop broad and strategic customer relationships at all levels, achieve sales growth and hit targets by implementing a strategic business plan;

Oversee and manage Sales related operation processes;

Encourage and offer transparency and constant feedback; embrace new ideas and problem-solving while driving adoption of fundamental processes;

Work closely with leaders to develop effective coaching strategies and ensure consistent communication and alignment across various teams and departments

المهارات

Required skills and qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development in the server and/or miner, and/or crypto mining and/or blockchain, or equivalent industries at an international level, with local business resources would be an advantage;

Comprehensive knowledge of crypto mining and/or blockchain, customer requirements, competitors and market territory;

Fluency in English (business communication level); Arabic proficiency is an advantage;

Have excellent interpersonal, negotiating, presentations skills to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a variety of cultures and to build interpersonal relationships within the industry and customer organizations;

Familiar with a complete set of business processes in the global market;

Strong market development ability and pressure resistance ability, able to accept business trips/relocate.

Salary will be negotiated in person.
