About the job
Arcane is a full-suit B2B outsourcing startup that operates in Jordan. We are looking for a B2B sales executive to work closely with our team of colleagues and partners to help us continue our fast growth and expansion in Jordan.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new customers that use Arcane BPO solutions through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and referrals
- Identifying the best products and services to offer customers
- Set and meet monthly sales targets
- Working closely with other departments to help each other achieve monthly targets
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers through regular calls & visits
- Manage complex negotiations
- Send monthly invoices to clients and customers generated from the platform
- Resolving problems facing customers when using Arcane services
- Update sales pipeline on CRM
- Report to GM
- Gathering intelligence on market and competition
- Make improvement suggestions
Experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Achieving sales targets and quotas
- Track record of solving customer problems
- Creating sales pipelines and reports
- Using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field
- Owns a car and a valid driver's license
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Good written & spoken English & Arabic
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Connections with restaurants and Businesses in Jordan are a plus
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
- Experience in BPO and outsourcing is a plus
