Main Responsibilities:
- filing relevant receipts and invoices for accounting;
- designing filing systems and making sure they are kept up to date;
- communicating with accountants and authorities to ensure that the company's records are up to date;
- providing overall support to the management team, as required;
- coordinating international travel, such as flight, hotel, event bookings
