• Being experienced.
• Being on time at all time.
• Working with high standards of cleanliness.
• Opening the counter and all its equipment and machine.
• Maintaining the counter and all its equipment and machine.
• Closing the counter and all its equipment and machine.
• Being able to prepare all kind of hot or cold drink.
• Keeping high standards of quality and cleanliness even during the rush.
• Being organized in the preparation. Timings.
• Keeping a track on the expiration dates.
• Avoiding wastages.
• Knowing how to work in a team and to traine staff.
• Keeping the inventory and stock up to date.
• Reporting to the management.
