We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer and Sales Associate to join our team (Fitness Journey) in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized training programs to our clients while also promoting and selling our training courses.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes.
• Design customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness goals and needs.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust their workout plans as necessary.
• Promote and sell training courses to new and existing clients.
• Reach out to potential clients through various marketing channels and persuade them to enroll in our training courses.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Keep track of sales and maintain accurate records.

المهارات

• Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial gym.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, energetic and passionate about fitness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the latest fitness trends and techniques.
• Proficient in using fitness equipment and software.
