الوصف الوظيفي
- O & M Air Cooled Screw Chillers 370 R Ton x 10
- O & M of AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs HRUs, Exhaust Fans & Supply Fans
- O & M of Steam Boilers (2150 KW x 2) & Hot Water Boilers (2705 KW x 2)
- O & M of Grey Water Plant of capacity 500 m3/day
- O & M of Walk-in cold rooms (2C to 8C) & freezer rooms (-18C ) of capacity 5HP x 36
- O& M of fire pumps, staircase pressurization system, smoke extract system and ensure their operation as per NFPA & SBC codes.
- Maintains the recommended chemical parameters of domestic water, chilled water and grey water.
- Guest room and public area Maintenance.
- Kitchen equipment's.
- To maintain all kind of FLS installations in the entire facility.
- Coordination with all AMC contractors and responsible to follow up all contractual issues.
- Carry out third party inspection of all critical equipment such as chillers, boilers etc.
- Ensure to maintain the inventory of all critical & consumable spare parts required for R&M.
المهارات
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Skills: AutoCAD
CMMS- FSI Software.
Strong theoretical background.
Good at technical calculations.
