وصف الوظيفة:
- Provide support to business heads at Head Office and Jordan with regards to their HR deliverables.
- Ensure that HR services are customized to fit all business needs and requirements.
- Process transparent and efficient communication channels between HR team and ensure follow-up on services provided by various HR teams.
- Assist in implementing training programs, manpower plans, remuneration schemes, and performance objectives in consultation with the HR team.
- Assist business in the implementation of HR deliverables, by executing the following:
- Conduct training needs analysis, and identify training programs needed per business.
- Identify, and recommend remuneration schemes to achieve internal equity, and external market competitiveness.
- Implement workforce plans, and facilitate optimization of employees in close coordination with the HR team.
- Participate in Setting techniques related to scorecards and objectives, and coordinate with the performance management department in developing them.
- Ensure that all emerging issues are resolved with the relevant HR team.
- Maintain & updating OD’s, JD’s, JE’s, and ensure they are aligned with the guidelines & standards set by HR.
- Ensure proper communication of HR P&Ps and (SLAs when applicable) to business heads, and provide clarifications whenever required.
- Provide periodic reports on training needs and feedback on progress made by business to bridge gaps.
- Enhance a proper communication channel with employees to achieve HR Deliverables.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution, MBA or HR certification is a plus.
- 6 to 9 years of HR experience in a multinational organization, of which 3 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent command in Arabic & English.
- Strong Interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Proven problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Banking business.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with Senior Management.
- Service oriented / customer focused.
