الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage and monitor performance of engineering staff and contractors.
- Manage optimum workflow of on-site instructions and assess strict adherence to client requirements.
- Work with different stakeholders to create a safe and efficient on-site working environment.
- Record and implement all the instructions from the client's team on the working site.
المهارات
- Ablility to understand building services including design principles, method statements, Inspection Test Plans, Risk Assessments, commissioning and handover requirements.
- A decent understanding of client-side requirements in terms of technical facets.
- Effective communication with the client on various technical parameters.
- Fluent collaborator with good command of communication skills for interacting with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
