<b>Repair Engineer</b>
<b><br /></b>
<br />Establish Master Quality Control Plan (MQCP) as per the company procedure and execute to support the development of the Gas Turbine component repair and ensure process control of repair and inspection process.
<br />Performs activities associated with the development, approval, implementation and maintenance of new and existing repair schemes to ensure proper repairs of products in line with company procedures and customer specifications.
<br />
<br />
<b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES </b>
<b><br /></b>Develop MQCP and relevant working instructions for the refurbishment of Gas Turbine components.
<br />Ensures control of repair by means of validation tests and process sampling methods.
<br />Prepares engineering reports and data packages for repair development substantiation and approval
<br />Supports resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
<br />Initiates improvements toward product and process related efficiencies.
<br />Support with the procurement of the necessary tools to perform the required repair and act as a focal point for the proper definition, procurement, manufacturing, inspection and validation of the tool.

<br />Requirements
<b>Education: </b>
<b><br /></b>B.Sc. in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Marine Engineering
<br />
<br />
<b>Additional Training:</b>
<b><br /></b>Gas Turbine Technology, Maintenance engineering, Basic IT tools.
<br />Fully proficient in English and Arabic.
<br />
<br />
<b>Experience:</b>
<b><br /></b>Minimum of 5 years' experience in validation methods, in similar industry.
<br />NDT inspection methods experience preferred (level 2 certification is advantage)
<br />Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
<br />Experience with heavy duty GE type of Gas Turbines essential.
<br />Technical and mechanical knowledge of gas turbines and its related equipment.
<br />Additional training professional skills
<br />Fluent in spoken and written English
