A well known VIP Emirati family in Dubai is currently looking for a Private – Main Cook .
The main cook will be responsible for the preparation of variety of menu items , storing sufficient items for the desired cuisines and managing 2 assistant cooks.
Responsibilities:
- See to it that all food items are prepared on time and that it meets quality and quantity standards as well as presentation and hygiene standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
- Ensures freshness and suitability of products used.
- Prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner and other meals for the family and visitors whenever required.
- Willing have to stay in the private villa with the family.
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month with accommodation & Food.
المهارات
- Must be experienced in cooking various kind of cuisines.- Continental , Arabic , Asian , European etc
- Experience working in 4 or 5 star hotels will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must be a Filipino national
