Your role as a Sponsorship Sales Executive will be focused around generating revenue through selling sponsorship packages for conferences & events. This exciting B2B tele-sales role is suited for driven, career-focused over-achievers that enjoy recognition and are willing to challenge themselves in order to attain it. To be successful in this role you are an individual who is a fresher to 1 year experience with a strong B2B tele-sales background and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.

Responsibilities:

-Manage the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a wide array of industries and events

-Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market

-Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities

-To meet or exceed personal targets, revenue targets and call time rates

-To generate maximum revenue on any event you are selling on

-To meet or succeed yearly and monthly revenue targets by selling consistently to all possible targets, new clients and prospects.

-To convince the prospect of the benefits of sponsoring our events

-To make at least 60 calls per day on average – the role requires significant time on the phone to contact clients and prospects.

-To meet clients face-to-face in meetings arranged by you to present and sell sponsorship opportunities and packages

-To ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the department

المهارات

  1. Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
  2. Confident of generating new business leads from cold calling, personal research and industry networking
  3. Previous Use of salesforce CRM.
  4. Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  5. Relevant B2B Tele-Sales experience
  6. Effective Time Management Skills
  7. A competitive and confident approach
  8. Self-motivation and also willing to be challenged, trained and developed
  9. Ability to build senior level relationships
  10. Strong customer development and relationship management skills
  11. Good negotiation skills
  12. Hardworking, articulate, numerate and highly motivated team player
