Your role as a Sponsorship Sales Executive will be focused around generating revenue through selling sponsorship packages for conferences & events. This exciting B2B tele-sales role is suited for driven, career-focused over-achievers that enjoy recognition and are willing to challenge themselves in order to attain it. To be successful in this role you are an individual who is a fresher to 1 year experience with a strong B2B tele-sales background and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a wide array of industries and events
-Identify prospective clients via targeted lead research within an assigned market
-Develop a continuous pipeline of leads to generate new business opportunities
-To meet or exceed personal targets, revenue targets and call time rates
-To generate maximum revenue on any event you are selling on
-To meet or succeed yearly and monthly revenue targets by selling consistently to all possible targets, new clients and prospects.
-To convince the prospect of the benefits of sponsoring our events
-To make at least 60 calls per day on average – the role requires significant time on the phone to contact clients and prospects.
-To meet clients face-to-face in meetings arranged by you to present and sell sponsorship opportunities and packages
-To ensure that business conduct reflects an enthusiastic and efficient image of the department
المهارات
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
- Confident of generating new business leads from cold calling, personal research and industry networking
- Previous Use of salesforce CRM.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Relevant B2B Tele-Sales experience
- Effective Time Management Skills
- A competitive and confident approach
- Self-motivation and also willing to be challenged, trained and developed
- Ability to build senior level relationships
- Strong customer development and relationship management skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Hardworking, articulate, numerate and highly motivated team player
