– Overseeing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
– Assisting in menu planning and development
– Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and meet customer expectations
– Managing and training kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks
– Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
– Ordering and managing food and kitchen supplies
– Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create a positive and productive kitchen environment
– Participating in menu tastings and presentations
المهارات
– Significant experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant
– Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of fine dining cuisine and presentation
– Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
– Good organizational and time-management skills
– Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
– A passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to excellence.
– Minimum 5 years of experience
