Duties:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Manage Confidential Information
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands if required
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
المهارات
- Experience in a similar position is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Flexible with working hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel on short notice if required (Including weekend travel)
- Proven Experience working as a Secretary / Assistant
- Proficient with MS Office
- Fluency in English is a Must
