We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our Sales Team. (Arabic Speaker)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
– Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets.
– Generate new property listings via networking, site visits, and regular meetings and cold calls.
– Schedule property viewings with potential clients and take notes on client requirements and follow up.
-Listing homes or properties for rent or for sale, usually on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) / in any CRM tool & Portals like Bayut , Property Finder
– Publish all documents on Trakheesi System and get Trakheesi permits.
– Prepare Ejari / Tenancy Contracts, Sale Agreements and other documentation as required.
– Contact property owners or developers and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
– Sharing brokerage listings with other MLS brokers to get buyers to go to listings
– Advising home sellers on how they better prepare their home for listing and showings
– Reporting results and feedback of the sale to sellers
– Helping buyers locate properties within their desired geographical area, price range and other criteria
– Assisting buyers with visiting properties
– Working with buyers during the sale
– Publish high quality listings on a CRM and online portals.
– Ensure all listings are verified and supported by documentation.
– Active follow up with developers and secure new listings for the firm.
– Understand client requirements, and present several options to buyers/tenants for their property search to short-list properties and finalise the deal.
– Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
– Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
– Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
– Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
– Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Our requirements:
– Proven Dubai real estate market experience
– High standard of written and spoken English (more languages is a plus)
– Excellent communication skills
– Having own car or UAE driving license is a plus
