Overview of the role
To follow up and be responsible for all landscape and irrigation services inside CFC.
What you will do
- Ensure the operation and performance of the landscape /irrigation systems of CFC is as per design plans and continuous improve of the budget.
- Ensure the level of Landscape maintained at a high and always above expectations.
- Enhance team performance and create team successors.
- Manage and enhance service providers strategic plans.
- Manage landscape OPEX and Capex.
- Closely monitor the maintenance programs, reports and results.
- Closely monitor the performance of third party service providers.
- Handle and execute client requests and complaints as received from Helpdesk.

What equips you for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or any related field.
- 10 – 12 years of experience in big residential projects.
- Exposure to smart landscape and irrigation systems.
- Experience in the handing over phase and site checks.
