HR Functional Consultant – Remote

Role Summary
A results-driven HR Functional Consultant professional responsible for setting, prioritizing and accepting the work generated by the development team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the 2nd version of the product.
Responsibilities
- Identify business requirements and map them to the ERP functionality.
- Provide requirements for product in alignment with product strategy.
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
- Define acceptance criteria and testing scenarios and execute tests on software usability.
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
- Help in identifying client needs and related opportunities that can be addressed through services and products provided by the company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and/or certificates in HR, IT, or related field.
- Work experience as an HR Functional Consultant, HR Manager, or similar role for +5 years.
- Experience with at least 2 existing HR systems (for example, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Workday, Zoho, SuccessFactors, FinancialForce, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile and Jira/Confluence is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Arabic language is a plus.
