Golden Arrow is a major distribution company for international products since 1997, is one of the major distributors of imported food, beverages, Dairy and Cosmetics products.
We are looking for an AR Accountant
Job Description :
– Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
– Collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
– Perform account reconciliations.
– Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
– Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
– Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
– Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.
Investigate and resolve customer queries.
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.
– Assist with month-end closing reports
Working closely with the sales team
Job Requirements :
– BS Degree in Finance, Accounting
– Proven working experience as Receivable Accountant, not less than 2 years.
– Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
– Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
– Proficiency in English and MS Office Especially MS-Excel.
– High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
– An ability to priorities and manage expectations
– The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company or other parts .
