Job title: Packaging Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1- Responsible for planning packaging operations compliant with GMP requirements.
2- Setting and managing schedules to ensure proper utilization of resources.
3- Writing reports and monitoring productivity and KPIs to ensure feedback is provided on performance and to provide a plan for improving operations and productivity
4- Multiple tasking capability in managing different aspects of packaging operations
5- Ability to be present to supervise and manage overtime and shifts based on needs and plans
6- Planning operations in packaging – machine utilization, materials availability and ensuring proper planning and follow up on plans
Education and Experience:
– BSc. In industrial engineering, management, pharmacy or any other equivalent degree
– Ten years’ experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing with experience in packaging requirements
– English language: reading, writing, and conversation skills.
– Computer: Excellent in MS office.
