<br />The Senior Systems Maintenance Officer designs and maintains the building technical systems & Hard FM Services. The job holder will manage and operate the technical IT resources, ensures the new software implementations are successful and is responsible for the technical systems consistency, optimization, maintenance, and security.

<br />
<b>Roles and Responsibilities</b>
<br />Works with the Hard FM Unit Head in developing medium and long-term strategic plans of the department in line with the company vision, mission and strategic goals
<br />Provides assistance in establishing departmental goals, methods, policies, tools and procedures for implementing programmes in alignment with the sector's strategic vision, mission and goals
<br />Assists the unit Head with departmental plans which project funding, feasibility, manpower, and time constraints of the department ensuring the availability of required resources to carry out all the tasks related to the Safety & Security needs of the building
<br />Oversees all building management technical systems and various Hard FM Services
<br />Ensures/Controls the overall functioning of building management technical systems (equipment, hardware and application software)
<br />Manages and coordinates the external/outsourced Hard FM team supporting the technical systems maintenance
<br />Prepares reports on overall functioning or dysfunction of equipment to the Technical Maintenance & Facilities Manager
<br />Identifies and proposes technical solutions to solve systems issues and proactively finds ways to improve the system
<br />Leads the repair projects and manage external Hard FM contractors for hardware and application software problem resolution
<br />Supports the unit Head in managing the Hard FM budget and prepares reports as needed
<br />Develops and writes systems and applications documentation and guides for users
<br />

<br />RequirementsMinimum Local Experience Requirements
<br />5 years of post graduate experience in systems design, implementing, maintaining and supporting an IT infrastructure for a large public space or medium to large organization
<br />Fluency in Arabic and English
<br />Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering
