Civil QC Supervisor/Inspector ( 30 Positions )

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil QC Supervisor/Inspector to join our team in the precast concrete plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring the production of high-quality precast concrete products, and supervising a team of quality control engineers.
Responsibilities:
 Oversee the quality control process, including the inspection of raw materials and finished products
 Supervise and mentor a team of quality control engineers
 Ensure compliance with company standards and industry codes related to precast concrete products
 Conduct regular tests on raw materials and finished products, including compressive strength, air content, and curing time
 Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for the precast concrete plant
 Work with production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes
 Maintain accurate records of test results and inspection reports
 Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
 Any degree in Civil Engineering or related field
 5+ years of experience in quality control in the precast concrete industry.
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Knowledge of ASTM standards and industry codes related to precast concrete products
 Ability to perform physical Inspections of concrete products, including dimensions, visual inspections, ..etc.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production, management, and quality control teams
 Ability to maintain accurate records and write reports
 Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
