Position : Civil QC Engineer ( 10 Positions )

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil QC Engineer to join our team in the precast concrete plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our precast concrete products by inspecting and testing materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

Responsibilities:
     Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and industry codes
     Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for the precast concrete plant
     Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products, including compressive strength, air content, and curing time
     Maintain accurate records of test results and inspection reports
     Work with production team to resolve quality issues and improve processes
     Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
     Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
     3+ years of experience in quality control in the precast concrete industry
     Knowledge of ASTM standards and industry codes related to precast concrete products
     Knowledge of physical testing of concrete products, including compressive strength, air content…
     Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with production and management teams
     Ability to maintain accurate records and write reports
     Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
