Business Analyst – Data Analytics | Automotive | Toyota & Lexus
Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analysts for B2B Sales Division for Toyota & Lexus in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyse, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better
What you will do
- Prepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports for the business to management & key stakeholders
- Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI
- Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts
- Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
- Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy
- Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts

Required skills to be successful
- 2+ years of hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders –
- Knowledge on some of the Data Analytics and Reporting Tools like Tableau, Power BI & Alteryx
- Strong presentations skills, translating complex topics into easy to follow visual representations
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a multinational environment focusing on data analytics preferably in Automotive industry
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree with demonstrated experience in any of the following: – Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology & Finance
- 5 years’ experience with a 3-year work experience preferably in Automotive
- Analytical, data driven outlook with strong planning and communication skills
- Operational, fast to assess situation, recommend and act
- Experience of big data handling
- Excellent user of Microsoft office, Data Analytics & Visualization tools – Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent attention to detail and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks simultaneously
