Assistant Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team on a remote night shift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall marketing strategy and execution of campaigns. The Assistant Marketing Director will report to the Marketing Director and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Help manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
• Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budgets
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote night shift schedule

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of website design and user experience best practices
• Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
