Your purpose (in a nutshell)

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help support our customer's business needs. The right candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, luxury marketing. This role will be responsible for setting up the products' strategy, driving product requirements gathering, executing internal product launches, and driving adoption across the business organization.

Ideally, the Product Marketing Manager will have prior experience with internal tools and products that support Sales, Support, Operations, and Marketing functions as well as collaboration software, web analytics, and enterprise data that supports all of these applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for the product marketing strategy for Xclusiverse’s Business & Luxury products. You’ll create insight-driven product positioning, messaging and narratives, and define and execute on innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive education, engagement and product adoption by leveraging various channels. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Creators, PR, to execute on a comprehensive marketing plan, helping communicate the value of Xclusiverse’s products around the world.

Responsibilities

Lead problem assessment, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the business internally with Product Management and Engineering.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader ecosystem to develop strategic product direction and positioning.

Provide a strategic understanding of how Xclusiverse technology can be delivered through our platforms; maintain a plan, roadmap, and vision.

Lead audience segmentation and opportunity assessment efforts to prioritize product opportunities for helping Customer's business teams work more efficiently and effectively serve partner needs.

Design the data base segmentation, engagement, and lead nurturing strategy for end-to-end user and customer lifecycles, including account creation through order conversion, onboarding, and other down-funnel goals (B2B & B2C).

Create & monitor the customer journey & pipelines into our CRM.

Ensure a seamless and integrated lifecycle marketing experience for the end user and client.

Monitor and optimize deliverability to maintain high deliverability and data hygiene across all channels.

Constantly looking to improve our lifecycle program with industry best practices and stay updated on emerging strategies and technology.

Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process to ensure product market fit and successful product execution and launch.

Manage and actively participate in the entire product life cycle from strategic planning and gathering customer requirements to tactical launch activities.

Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and interaction with existing and potential customers.

Collaborate closely with Xclusiverse development and engineering professionals.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to define campaigns and continue to increase adoption; ensure clarity and accuracy of product positioning, messaging, and communication.

Continue to evaluate and evolve business models to increase adoption and usage.

Collect and analyze customer, stakeholder, and team feedback to shape requirements, features, and end-product enhancements/requests.

Create product positioning, messaging, and narratives for new products and features, while leading go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across the ecosystem.

Identify, develop, and manage the creation of a wide variety of developer content across digital and physical touchpoints.

Maintain and prioritize a product request roadmap and backlog, including complex features with dependencies, ensure that new features and enhancements are validated, specified, and tested before launch.

Cultivate productive relationships with executives and peers across the organization to ensure alignment and delivery of an end-to-end user experience.

Exercise strong communication and nurture a culture of contributing, feedback, and product excellence.

Preferred qualifications:

Demonstrated track record of developing product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies for developer audience.

Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.

Ability to present complex concepts to executive leaders and stakeholders.

Ability to work autonomously and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments.

Excellent written, verbal communication and problem-solving skills by delivering global, scalable programs, events and creative marketing campaigns to engage users.

Requirements

8+ years of proven experience in product marketing management.

Demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Proven experience in supporting of software technology in an agile environment.

Quantitative analytical ability & skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from multiple input sources (e.g. data sets, interview feedback research).

Previous background in online marketing, ad operations, analytics, customer relationship management, and/or strategy consulting.

Proven technical competence of marketing apps and services including CRM, BI, Project management, Excel etc.

Exceptional presentation and software demonstration skills.

Proven track record demonstrating strategic thinking, and decision-making under uncertainty.

Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.

Experience in Pragmatic Marketing Framework.

Ability to understand technology and grasp the technical concepts quickly and translate them into valuable product attributes for customers.

Able to be self-guided, once given high-level goals.

Ability to travel on occasion to customer sites and conferences.

Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, computer science, business, engineering, or other analytical or technical field, depending on position level.
