We are seeking a talented and motivated Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and grooming services to our clients. You should have a strong understanding of current hair trends, techniques, and products, and be able to tailor your services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hair styling services, including cuts, color, perms, and treatments
• Maintain knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
• Advise clients on hair care and suggest appropriate products
• Create and execute custom hair plans for clients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with senior stylists to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a hair stylist or completion of a hair styling program
• Strong knowledge of hair care and styling techniques
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients
• Professional demeanor and appearance

Minimum Tareget: 3 times Salary, expected target 5 times salary plus
