  2. Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content.

  4. Analyze website data and customer feedback to optimize the customer experience and increase sales.
  5. Manage relationships with beauty brand partners and negotiate product pricing and promotions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce and beauty industries.
  7. Manage the e-commerce team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  8. Ensure the e-commerce website is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
  9. Work with the customer service team to ensure customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, including inventory, logistics, and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the e-commerce business.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  2. Experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty industry.
