About the Client:
Our client is a real estate service that provides kitchen spaces for restaurants to operate their cloud kitchen.
Role Description:
The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer phone calls, make sure that all the orders are handed to the delivery company correctly, and run errands while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with customers or potential clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls and greeting potential customers.
- Keep records of all the guests who visit the restaurant.
- Update all the orders that are ready for pick up and change their status once the driver picks up the order.
- Check the restaurant’s emails and respond to them; accordingly, draw the attention of management to certain emails when necessary.
- Keep clear records of payments received and make detailed notes of balance payments.
- Communicate with other staff, such as dinners, informing them of clients’ bookings, needs, and complaints.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience minimum
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
