We are a software development house located in Amman, Jordan. Looking for enthusiastic and resourceful Project Team Leaders who are passionate about leading project development teams for building software applications.
Job Description

- Familiar with the relevant technologies, platforms, and practices required to build a modern, highly extensible, service-oriented architecture
- Use different technologies and tools to lead the delivery of high-quality software
- Analyze project requirements, design documents, and maintain software specifications as a member of the project development team
- Adjust different approaches dependent on project requirements
- Lead Teams in designing proper application that conforms to the requirements, write clear and consistent code and assure its quality.
- Lead software development and programs for backend/frontend purposes.
- Design sprints, Scrum, Kanban, and any other agile digital product development practices are second nature to you
- Lead testing & debugging process and fix reported issues.
- Collaborate with the tech team to improve the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our tools.
- Accomplish complex business projects and cooperate with an international client
- Continuously guide, monitor, and review the projects and tasks execution for your team members.
- Set clear team goals and Oversee day-to-day team progress.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members, mentor junior members, and support in recruiting new talents.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Analyze production bugs/issues and help fix them properly.
- Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
Requisites
1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Communication Skills – Excellent Verbal and Written English & Arabic.
3. Design and architecture experience, as well as sound knowledge of object-oriented design patterns
4. Experience building and operating mission-critical CLOUD software & services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
6. Willingness to Travel Locally and Internationally.
7. Experience in software development and various technologies, some of (but not necessarily all of) the following:
- Frontend Development Technologies such as Flutter & Angular
- AJAX, JSON, JQuery, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, HTML, CSS.
- Backend Development – NodeJS & JavaScript
- Database – SQL & NO SQL Database Design.
- Web Services: RESTful, WSDL, SOAP, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience working with code repositories, especially Git.
- Experience with multi-threading, and performance tuning.
- Experience with DevOps & CI/CD pipeline and automation.
- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
