Enterprise Content Manager

Job Objective :

Administrative and executive supervision of the unit's work, through participation in all projects related to the implementation of institutional electronic content management systems / electronic archiving by designing / developing / updating / applying these systems in a way that contributes to the automationof the bank's operations and in line with the bank's strategic expectations and plans, supervising / managing electronic archiving operations and saving banking content from files / documents / documents … etc., and continuously ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of the enterprise content management / electronic archiving systems adopted in the bank in terms of the automation of banking operations and the ease of save, retrieve / print / extract the required information and reports within the specified times and to meet the expectations and requirements of the bank.

Responsibilities:

1.Supervises administratively and executively the work of the unit, and ensures that the operations are carried out with the required efficiency and accuracy in accordance with the approved policies and procedures to maintain the required level of supervisory control over the unit's work.

2.Sets the objectives of subordinate employees, administratively supervises their performance and evaluation, and determines and distributes their leave with the aim of continuing to meet business requirements.

3.Participates in all projects related to the implementation of institutional electronic content management systems / electronic archiving through the design / development / modernization / application of these systems that contribute to the automation of the bank's various operations and paths in a way that raises the efficiency and effectiveness of work and is consistent with the bank's strategic expectations and plans, and works as a liaison officer with all concerned parties to meet the requirements of these systems regarding electronic archiving and to ensure the introduction of best practices and recommendations to improve anddevelop them.

4. Supervises / studies and analyzes observations and gaps related to the work of institutional content preservation systems / electronic archiving in order to identify their causes, and proposes the necessary solutions and treatments in coordination with all concerned authorities from inside and outside the bank, in order to avoid the recurrence or occurrence of any errors / problems in the future.

5. Supervises the follow-up / follow-up of updates and developments in the bank'sregulatory system of policies, procedures, work instructions, banking systems … etc., periodically or as received by the concerned authorities, in order to ensure that these changes are reflected and linked with the institutional content management / electronic archiving systems and to meet the needs of all sectors and departments of the bank.

6. Supervises / studies and analyzes the paths of operations associated with the enterprise content management system in terms of the extent to which it can be converted into an automated system by drawing new paths that are compatible with the capabilities of the ECM systems adopted in the bank, which helps to reduce paper operations, reduce work costs, raise the efficiency and time of completing transactions, and facilitate and speed up work with the

7. required accuracy and in coordination with the concerned authorities.

Supervises the development, updating and building of the database of enterprise content management systems and electronic archiving

8. This is done by designing the structure of electronic archiving with all concerned parties from inside and outside the bank.

9. It is informed of all updates and developments related to enterprise content management systems in line with the best international practices in this field and proposes the best options and solutions to meet the bank's expectations and strategic plans.

10. Supervises / manages electronic archiving operations and saves banking content from files / documents / documents … etc., and continuously ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of the enterprise content management / electronic archiving systems adopted in the bank in terms of ease of save, retrieval, printing/extraction of the required reports within the specified times.

11. Supervises/studies the process of transferring the old institutional paper content in warehouses and custody, proves its recommendations and submits them to the direct supervisor.

12. Continuously reviews the legal time periods for retaining electronic documents and ensures that they are applied to the approved Enterprise Content Management System in accordance with the regulatory instructions that include the retention / cancellation / deletion of… etc. for the bank's documents from the electronic archive and proves its recommendations thereon and submits them to the direct supervisor.

13. Ensure that / work on preparing the periodic reports and statements required by the Department and directing them to the concerned authorities on time to implement the instructions.

14. Review the internal and external audit reports related to the work of the unit and follow up on addressing problems and observations radically to prevent their recurrence in the future.

15. Project management experience.

16. Requirements management and Process documentation ( BRDs and benefits realization) .

17. Data gathering.

18. Banking experience is preferrable.

Skills and Competencies:

§ University degree in Administrative and Banking Sciences or equivalent.

§ (7) years of experience in the field of process engineering / enterprise content systems management / electronic archiving management.

§ Full knowledge of spoken and written English.

§ Full knowledge of the policies and procedures that govern the work and its internal and external updates.

§ Ability to analyze and organize.

§ Ability to communicate and deal with others.

§ Knowledge of using computers and dealing with applied systems.

§ Ability to communicate and deal with others.

§ Supervisory and management capabilities
