Job Title: Pharmacist (covering maternity) FSR # 370
Location: Azraq Camp
Reports to: Clinic Manager
Job Summary:
Organization and maintenance of clinic pharmacy and management of stock:
- Organize proper layout of the clinic pharmacy;
- Ensure all items are placed by category, in alphabetic order and have appropriate labels (bin cards): generic name, dosage form, strength, expiry date;
- Ensure following files and forms are available and maintain: (1) drug distribution logbook (2) daily consumption from and file (3) prescription form file (4) stock card file (5) waybills file (6) drug order form.
- Prepare drug order on monthly or bi-weekly basis.
Drug Dispensing:
- Distribute drug to patients according to clinic's doctor prescription
- Provide clear instruction on how to take drug verbally and in writing on drug package;
- Assess patient drug needs.
Training
- participate in trainings as determine by IMC senior staff
- Continue self-education to adhere with national/international standards and new advancements in the field of general practice and other relevant medical areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.

– Provide clear instruction on how to take drug verbally and in writing on drug package
– Prepare drug order on monthly or bi-weekly basis
– Ensure integration of clinic services and promote best quality standards for clients.
– Assist with additional tasks as determined to be needed by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- MOH Jordanian practice certificate in Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmacy Field.
