Clinical Pharmacist

JOB TITLE: Clinical Pharmacist

Education and Licensure:

• Pharmacy Practice Residency program (PGY-l) certificate after bachelor degree, Master degree or Pharm.D programs.
• Valid license from SCFHS with clinical pharmacy Category.
• Preferred: Specialized Residency Program, Fellowship in specialized area of Clinical Pharmacy, and Board of Pharmacy Specialties.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in direct patient care acquired through pharmacy practice residency program.

Preferred: Five (5) years' experience in the same field.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Fluent in written and spoken English, fluency in Arabic would be of advantage.

• Good general health, able to work extended hours under stress, isolation and at high altitudes, Mobility, near visual acuity and no uncorrected audiological problems.
• Ability to obtain, organize, and interpret patient data.
• Ability to evaluate medications therapy.
• Ability to develop and implement pharmacotherapy plan.
• Ability to apply Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) service.
