Company is hiring (Office Manager)

Requirements of the role:
• Must have bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role .

Responsibilities:
Carrying out all office and administrative work related to receiving delivering incoming and outgoing mail .
Receiving incoming calls and transferring to the concerned employees .
Receiving and distributing incoming mail and faxes to the concerned employees .
Preparing official letters.
Keeping records, files, and important papers.
Printing and archiving work .
Welcoming visitors and customers responding to their inquiries and directing them to the required places.
