* Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
* Collect, file, and maintain customer and internal document files.
* Assist in the organisation of key events and investor meetings.
* Take action steps and manage follow-up on these actions.
* Record daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
* Work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
* Manage and supervise the performance of other clerical staff.
* Draft and manage communications/correspondence with external parties.
* Assist Management and Office Staff with day-to-day tasks.
المهارات
* No prior work experience is required.
* Organization and attention to detail are required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including listening skills) are required.
* Excellent MS office skills
