Position Title: Senior Retail Leasing Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Al Rashidiya, Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
- Responsible for securing new leases and renewals for retail properties, such as community centres and malls.
- Identifying and contacting potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and coordinating the leasing process from start to finish.
- Managing the relationship with existing tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and working to maintain high occupancy levels in the properties they manage.
- Networking, as well as clear communication, strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in retail/community centre or malls
- Experience working with malls / community centre is mandatory
- Should have good contacts with retailers and agents who can assist in proper tenant mix within the centre
