A Sales Development Manager with experience in the HVAC industry

We are looking for a person who can help us to build the market for american technology in air purifiers.

The knowledge of the medical industry will be a great asset, as our technology is also ideal for microbiological protection in hospitals and other medical facilities.

This person must be experienced enough to deeply understand the client, the company, and our mission and then translate that into tangible sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for promoting our products and technology and managing the day-to-day relationship with both new and existing clients.
  • Will also be responsible for actively contributing to driving the companies sales targets and developing effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
  • Takes a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new opportunities.
  • Sets realistic, measurable sales standards, objectives and goals (for sales activities and revenues) to be achieved and communicates to leaders and employees.
  • Conducts surveys of local/competitor market for designated market sectors making recommendations, ensuring we remain competitive.
  • Assists in planning and ensure delivery of sales plans for which you are responsible.
  • Maintains and grows positive customer and partner relationships

Salary + commissions can be discussed directly with a candidate during the interview process, therefore be prepared to discuss salary expectations.

المهارات

  • 2 years of previous experience in a HVAC sales role;
  • The knowledge of the HVAC in the medical field would be a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English;
  • Leadership capabilities displaying integrity, respect, humility, empathy, creativity;
  • Be well spoken and an enthusiastic speaker;
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills;
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines;
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations;
  • Driving License is mandatory
  • Knowledge of the specifics of working in the Arab market and the ability to work with business customers there will be an advantage.
  • Owning a freelance visa will be an advantage
