Job Description:

Ø Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

Ø Check computer hardwares (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality.

Ø Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.

Ø Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.

Ø Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.

Ø Provide orientation and guidance to users/colleagues on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Ø Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.

Ø Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

Ø Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule to submit monthly.

Ø Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.

Ø Track records for IT hardwares and related items to submit monthly.

Ø Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

Ø Create shareable content appropriatefor specific networks to spread both our brand and our services.

Ø Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and clients as well as from brand new audiences.

Ø Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).

Ø Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

Ø Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target clients.
