Our client is in the minerals and mining
Industry. They are now looking for a corporate recruiter to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the right candidates through different sources, shortlist the best candidates, and arrange interviews.
- Arrange and conduct local and international recruitment events, Career Fairs, and open days in schools and universities.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to explain the position requirements and discuss the Job Description with them.
- Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration.

المهارات
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years minimum experience in a similar role, specifically recruitment activities in a medium-sized company.
- Extensive experience hiring candidates across – Supply chain, digital transformation, legal, strategy & finance, corporate affairs.
