Application Development Lead

Job Purpose:

Deliver end-to-end turn-key solutions that meet business expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Relationship management with various business stakeholders.
• Relationship management with various delivery vendors/partners.
• Align designs with business requirements.
• Own contractual agreements with all vendors/partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and on quality/security standards.
• Deliver projects within Budget.
• Fulfil the IT PMO and IT financial management requirements.

Communications & Working Relationships:

• Steering committees
• Weekly and monthly projects updates
• Alignment with IT senior management

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in computer science or equivalent
• 6-8 years relevant experience
• Strong applications development experience
• Strong IT operations experience
• IT project management experience is an added value.
• Agile delivery model experience is an added value.
• Digital transformation experience is an added value.

Competencies:

• Fluency in English
• Proficient technical and customer service.
• Advanced communications and presentation skills.
• Expert customer focus.
