Administrative Public relations Executive
Basic Function: Administrative Public relations (PR) executives help a company, organization, or government agency to maintain a positive public image and assure legal and regulatory compliance are met. Public relations professionals can direct special presentations, including attending business events, client functions, or stakeholder discussions. The job of public relation officer includes building, executing, and monitoring smooth communication and compliance for the organization. They typically handle crisis communications, write correspondences releases, Handles permit, legal, and regulatory compliance coordination between involved stakeholders.
Principal Accountabilities:
Work activities typically involve:
- To understand and follow the principles, regulation and the values of the company.
- To receive, understand and act according in management’s instruction, giving tasks, target and timeline.
- Handles and process all related public relations functions of the business including, submission compliance, communication engagement, stakeholder management.
- Collaborates with different organizational departments to create necessary documentations for compliance or for communication purposes.
- Identify, liaise and obtain necessary legal regulatory permits, compliance certifications. Etc.
- Manage and collaborate with sales team for ay communication campaign in client level.
- Prepare and release statements, correspondences whether verbal or written as needed by the management
- Collaborative strategy implementation during crisis or issues required for immediate solution by management
- Established good relationship to past and future clients, stakeholders and key personalities involved in organization business
- Able to establish leads if necessary to assure compliance and satisfaction of stakeholders are met
- Required clerical and administrative support if needed for the submissions or supporting data subject for public relations compliance.
- Other related tasks as per management directives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- KNOWLEDGE IN STEEL INDUSRTY IS PREFERRED
- UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN ADMINISTRATION OR RELEVANT FIELD
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RELEVANT POSITION.
- PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK).
- PREFERRED IF DRIVING LICENSE FROM COUNTRY OF ORIGIN IS OBTAINED
- GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH, AND PREFERABLY ARABIC.
- PRESENTABLE, WITH GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS.
