الوصف الوظيفي
- Handle enquiries received through calls, emails and walk-in guests.
- Coordinate with the guests and trade partners to determine cruise vacation requirements, suggest and guide them with the desired destination, ship, sailing dates and cabin categories.
- Create new bookings, send quotes, services existing bookings including making changes to reservations, accepting and recording payments and assisting guests / travel partners with arranging guest preferences.
- Maintain proper documentation of the guests’ details/financials and update files with the latest changes.
- Attend required training classes, completes required on-line training courses and satisfies completion standards
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality or relevant field.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
